I had the pleasure of being coached by Sina over a number of years, in different roles at HEINEKEN. I had a strong desire to be more courageous, consistently, which meant dealing with my derailer around self confidence. The learning I hold dear and continue reflect on is her inspiration to dream big, without boundaries; in particular the boundaries you think others might set for you. The question I ask myself still today ‘What would you do if you weren’t afraid?’ The outcome: well I imagine, without this prompt, I would not have moved to two different countries and taken on bigger, more complex roles in the past three years! Sina will say that’s all down to me (because yes you own your path) but I’ll always be grateful for the coaching, which unlocked the empowerment!
